Trainings are the heart of SLS, giving Arrowmen the chance to grow as leaders, gain practical knowledge, and connect with others across the section.
Throughout the weekend, Arrowmen can choose from sessions that combine leadership development with creative, hands-on approaches to today’s challenges and experiences. From improving lodge operations and fostering inclusive environments to building personal skills and exploring new interests, every session gives participants practical lessons to bring back to their chapter, lodge, and daily life.
