SLS Arrival and Check-In

Check-in will open at 2:00 PM on Friday at Meninak Lodge, please do not arrive sooner than this time unless prior arrangements have been made. On Saturday, check-in will open at 7:00 AM and take place at Ames Lodge. You must be already registered prior to the event, as no walk-ins will be accepted.

Upon entering camp, you will be directed to the designated parking area. Gear will be dropped off at a holding zone, where the host lodge will transport it to the correct campsite depending on your lodge. Vehicles are not permitted to stay at campsites.

At registration, participants must turn in a completed BSA Annual Health and Medical Record (Parts A & B). Digital copies and non-BSA forms will not be accepted, as hard copies must be kept on file during the event (to comply with NCAP HS-503). Health forms will be returned to your lodge adviser before departure on Sunday.

After check-in, you’ll receive your registration packet, which includes your name badge and lanyard (event credentials), participant guide with schedule and map, and other materials for the weekend. Credentials must be worn for all meals, sessions, and activities.

All accommodations should be submitted to sls@e5.oa-scouting.org at least one week before the event.
