Nick Switzer
Vigil Honor
Nick is a Vigil Honor member and Eagle Scout from Osceola Lodge. He was Osceola’s Lodge Chief, Vice Chief of Program, and served on countless committees beforehand. Right now, he is a Heavy Equipment Mechanic at Southern Crane and Tractor Supply, hoping to one day become a master technician.
His goal for the next year is to give everlasting support to every one of our lodges, as well as constant communication not only within the section level, but also between the section and lodge levels.

Walter Mentz
Brotherhood
Walter is a Brotherhood member and Eagle Scout from Echockotee Lodge. He has previously served as an NYLT Senior Patrol Leader, Vice Chief of Membership for his lodge, and as a member of the Training Committee. He is a high school junior and plans to pursue a degree in materials science.
His mission is to lead with compassion, authenticity, and vision, ensuring that every Arrowman feels seen, heard, and valued as we work together to build a stronger, more connected section.

Brady Kondek
Vigil Honor
Brady is a Vigil Honor member and Eagle Scout from Aal-Pa-Tah Lodge. He serves as the lodge’s Marketing & Publications Chair and as the National Web Content Deputy Lead for the Order of the Arrow’s National Communications Committee. Brady is active in both Scouts BSA and Sea Scouts, and studies Computer Science at Florida Polytechnic University.
His mission is to strengthen communication across the section and ensure every lodge has the resources they need to succeed.
