Walter Mentz
Brotherhood
Walter is a Brotherhood member and Eagle Scout from Echockotee Lodge. He has previously served as Section Vice Chief, an NYLT Senior Patrol Leader, Vice Chief of Membership for his chapter, and as a member of his lodge’s training committee. He is a high school senior and plans to pursue a degree in materials science.
His mission is to lead with compassion, authenticity, and vision, ensuring that every Arrowman feels seen, heard, and valued as we work together to build a stronger, more connected section.
Section Vice Chief
Wyatt O.
Vigil Honor
Wyatt is a Vigil Honor member and Eagle Scout from Uh-To-Yeh-Hut-Tee Lodge. He currently serves as his lodges Vice Chief of Membership and has previously served as Ordeal Chairman and as NYLT staff. He has attended NAYLE and NLS. He is currently a sophomore in high school with a goal of entering the military.
His goal for this year is to put together a memorable SLS and to make sure every lodge is supported in every way they need.

Austin R.
Brotherhood
Austin is a Brotherhood member and Eagle Scout from Tipisa Lodge. He has previously served as Tipisa’s Lodge First Vice Chief, and Treasurer, served on NYLT Staff, and will be staffing NYLT Leadership Academy this summer at Philmont. He is a high school junior and plans to pursue a certification in residential electricity.
His goal is simple, to expand on the great foundation of this last year. Expanding the depth and outreach of the committees which the secretary oversees, and to learn and share lodge practices to create a connected section.
