We invite you to explore the rewarding volunteer opportunities available within the Order of the Arrow at the section level. The OA is dedicated to promoting youth leadership and relies on a passionate team of volunteers to ensure the success of its programs.

While many of our initiatives are focused locally, we encourage those interested in volunteering to start with their lodge or chapter. For more information about local programs, please reach out to your lodge leadership.

Website Lead

Communications
Year-Round Position    Youth
Responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of the section website. This includes overseeing content updates, ensuring the website is engaging and informative for Arrowmen, and coordinating with team members to implement improvements, analyze website performance, and review user feedback to enhance overall user experience.

Website Manager

Communications
 Year-Round Position    Youth or Adult
Assist in managing the section website by updating articles, posting event information, conducting regular content updates, and ensuring the website is a vital resource for all section members. Collaborate with team members to enhance content quality and relevance, making the website an essential tool for communication and engagement within the section.

Social Media Manager

Communications
 Year-Round Position    Youth or Adult
Assist in managing the section’s Instagram and Facebook accounts. This includes creating and scheduling engaging posts and stories, sharing updates, promoting events, and interacting with followers to help maintain an active and vibrant online presence for the section.

Publications Lead

Responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of section publications. This includes overseeing the creation and distribution of engaging and informative materials for Arrowmen, as well as managing the section newsletter to ensure that all content aligns with the section’s goals and values. Coordinates to implement improvements, analyze the effectiveness of published materials, and gather feedback to enhance overall quality and impact of publications. Additionally, this role involves managing timelines and workflows to ensure timely delivery of all publications.
