Section Trainer

Work with the Vice Chief to help develop and create engaging training opportunities for Arrowmen across the section.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and delivering training sessions at section events.
• Develop educational resources and training materials.
• Evaluate training programs and recommend improvements.
• Encourage leadership development and the sharing of best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Interest in teaching, mentoring, or leadership development.
• Experience serving as staff at NYLT or Summer Camp
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to learn and help others grow.
